Yes, basic features are free. You can recruit testers for your app without paying by earning credits through testing other apps.
Posting an app costs 20 credits. Testing other apps earns you 4 credits normally, or 5 credits for premium member apps. New accounts receive 8 credits.
After joining a test, you must use the app for at least 14 days before submitting feedback. Submit a review (1-5 stars) and text feedback (minimum 20 characters) to earn credits.
Premium members enjoy unlimited posting slots, bonus credits for testers (+1), priority display, and more. Recommended for developers who frequently post apps.
Open the Google Play Store, select "Subscriptions" from the menu, choose TestCrew, and tap "Cancel subscription." Your premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Account information and test history are stored on Firebase's secure servers. Feedback content is shared with developers but does not include personally identifiable information.
